Steve Waddell’s career began in heavy industry and complex systems. At Newport News Shipbuilding, he architected a risk management process for nuclear aircraft carrier programs that became an industry best practice and helped avoid over $1B in cost. As Vice President at Reed Integration, he helped grow the company from startup to multi-million-dollar, Inc. 5000 recognition by building training programs and strategic alliances with organizations like NASA and Fortune 500s.
